When does the clock start and end for my move?
The job begins when the crew leaves the warehouse and ends when the crew returns to the warehouse.
When should I pay? What are the methods of payment?
Payment is taken at the beginning of the job. Any hours over or underestimated will be adjusted at the end
Am I protected against loss or damage?
We offer two levels of protection. The Colorado state mandatory insurance covers items at a 60 cents per pound ratio.
How can I best prepare for moving day? What should I expect?

What happens if it rains or snows?
Regardless of the weather, we move on your scheduled moving day.
What should I do with my pets during moving day?
Moving is stressful for pets. If you have a pet, make arrangements with a kennel, neighbor, or friend.
